RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Maison Avelya, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Returns, cancellations, exchanges, and refunds are handled in accordance with applicable Israeli consumer protection law.

Returns

If you wish to return an eligible item, please contact Maison Avelya Customer Service with your order number and reason for return.

Returned items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and, where applicable, with their original packaging, subject to the customer’s statutory rights.

Return requests and applicable time limits are handled according to Israeli consumer protection law.

Personalized Jewelry

Items that have been custom-made, engraved, personalized, or specially produced according to the customer’s specifications may not be eligible for cancellation or return where an applicable legal exception permits this.

This may include personalized names, initials, letters, engravings, or other custom designs.

This does not affect any rights the customer may have if the item is defective or does not correspond to the order.

Earrings

For hygiene reasons, returns or exchanges of earrings may be restricted where permitted by applicable law, particularly after the product has been opened or worn.

Any mandatory consumer rights under Israeli law remain unaffected.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please provide your order number together with clear photographs or videos showing the issue.

Where required by applicable law, Maison Avelya will arrange an appropriate replacement, cancellation, or refund without charging cancellation fees.

Refunds

Once a return has been received and approved, the applicable refund will be processed using the original payment method, subject to applicable law and payment-provider processing times.

Original shipping and return shipping costs will be handled according to the circumstances of the cancellation and applicable Israeli law.

Cancellation Fees

Where permitted under Israeli law, Maison Avelya may apply a cancellation fee of up to 5% of the transaction value or ₪100, whichever is lower.

Such cancellation fees will not be charged where prohibited by law, including applicable cases involving defective goods, non-conformity, or failure by Maison Avelya to supply the product as agreed.

Exchanges

Where available, customers may request an exchange for another size, style, or product.

Exchanges are subject to product availability and the conditions applicable to returns.
